Alan is a senior IT Industry Business Leader with a Sales and Marketing emphasis. His extensive experience started at ICL with a variety of Sales and Marketing Roles culminating as International Sales Director where he led a large Sales Team across 18 Countries to over budget performance and managed the transformation from a product led to a services led business. Following the acquisition of ICL by Fujitsu, Alan took over as a Marketing and Alliances Director at Fujitsu Services where he led a strategic change programme to achieve profitable growth following a period of decline and formed a major alliance with a UK Acquiring Bank to deliver an innovative, cloud based, solution to Retailers. Alan has also led major IT Outsourcing sales deals into multiple industry segments at Fujitsu Technology Solutions, Capita and CSC. Alan founded From Strategy to Action Ltd to help technology companies to realise the potential of their ideas and innovations through delivering transformation in business performance. This has combined his understanding of major enterprises with his passion for the growth and prosperity of UK technology companies.
